Dermatologist sweat a lot to treat tinea 

Upto 6month they prescribe

Itraconazole terbinafin etc 

But after stopping both fungicidal and fungistatic medicines ,tinea reappear just like 

Raktbeez...

There is logic behind it

As arsenic based prepartion hartaal t1\2 life is much longer in comparison to modern fungicidal funistatic medicines 

Arsenic may last longer in remote areas of skin ,nail

In where modern medicine penetrate poorly



I have to search t half life of arsenic
